1. Biodiversity: definition and diagnosis as part of our own Business
We start by working on a collaboratory diagnosis to set our common tasks / goals towards a Circular and more sustainable business
2. Biodiversity 1: uses and management
We study basic concepts of biodiversity, its importance to business management and opportunities
We define our business long term goals and their impact on biodiversity
3. Circularity 2: from Supply Chains to Supply Cycles
We describe the technical elements to evaluate and improve
each task / goal of the supply and production process to envision
our business following different Circular Economic models
4. Strategic choices
We evaluate our task commitments towards complying with our own goals and define businesses’ responsibilities on sustainability
5. Risk (Short-term impacts) vs Resilience (Long-term profits)
We incorporate our tasks into our Annual Operative Plan and the evaluate the steps all along our business' sustainability path
6. Corporate Responsibility (Environmental, social, workspace)
We recognize different forms to step up our common responsibilities towards our business colleagues, community, environment. True corporate social responsibility requires systemic change ... (4 hours)
